Last Sunday around one o'clock in the morning, I got the chance to talk to Chris and asked him if he's going to church. I then told him that I want to pay a visit and pray to God. It's been so long since I went to church whole heartedly.
We went to a church near our place (Sacred Heart) around six in the evening. The mass ended around seven so we had dinner at chowking. We talked about things that I don't know if it was ok for him to talk about it but he end up telling me anyway. It was about old relationships and things like that. I was just curious about it and didn't think of anything else. I just wanted to know how it ended.
After dinner, he wanted to drop me home quickly because he has something to do with his dad. I asked if it was ok to walk towards my place even if it's a bit too far. Along the way, all that's in my head was blank. All I could do is smile and cherishing that happy feeling.
As I posted the same thing from my blogger. I'd like to thanks Gelo for the wonderful game. It's been a while since I had a talk with friends and I am glad that I had a talk with Gelo while playing pangya.
We talked about my relationship with Chris and funny how my last game turned out. I managed to get at least a -3 score from my usual +6 to +8. haha. I felt relaxed when Gelo asked me things about Chris while it was my turn to putt and almost every time I think about what to say while putting I end up getting a birdie. Should I put a meaning on that? Hahaha!
Gelo asked me something that I couldn't really give an exact answer. As the question goes, "Why? Why am I happy?"
I keep telling him things but he say that those aren't the right answer. I forgot to mention one thing because I was kinda weirded out that my game was getting better. I forgot to say, "I'm happy because I love him."
Is that the right answer? =(^_^)=

A string of almost sleepless nights is coming to an end. It all began last Friday night, when bloggers (Me, L.A., Jhed, Joe, Billycoy, Jeff, Darwin, Chris, Apples, JJ, Jester, Aaronjames, Heneroso, utakGAGO, and the queen of the night, Shari) met initially at Yoohoo Metrowalk for an inuman session, only to find out that the place doesn’t serve beer (Awwww! It’s perhaps the only bar and grill resto that doesn’t serve alcoholic beverages). So, the whole gang moved to nearby Dencio’s. And, of course, the favorite topics of the night are SEX and POLITICS (good combination, don’t you think?). And, the favorite word of the night: UNBLOGGABLE!
I’m not going to post a lengthy entry for this one. I don’t have pics and I can’t really add anymore to the numerous posts about it that now exist in the blogosphere, aside from the comments that I’ve left there. And I’m so darn tired from my super inuman session with my highschool classmates during our “After 10″ reunion and from a super toxic duty.
If you want to know what transpired that night, just read the following blog posts:
Ready for Round 2 inuman, bloggers?
I am, but I need to sleep now. I hope round 2 is already brewing

Hello my fellow bloggies! FYI, I came out on this month’s issue of StarStudio which features a one and a half page interview about me, my family and my recording studio.
StarStudio Publications introduction to their May 2007 issue:

Summer gets even hotter with the sexy bodies on the beach, John Lloyd Cruz, Sam Milby, Zanjoe Marudo, Jake Cuenca, Rafael Rosell, and Victor Basa, otherwise known as Star Magic’s Coverboys. SSM trekked all the way to Subic to shoot these six sexy men and the photos we got don’t disappoint.
Take a tour of Rica Peralejo’s one-of-a-kind home and see how the eclectic décor suits her personality. Danica Sotto and Marc Pingris share their wedding photos and we party with Judy Ann Santos’s Mommy Carol for her 60th birthday.
SSM revisits Hindi Nahahati Ang Langit (the inspiration for Walang Kapalit), the life of Joey Gosiengfiao, and stars like Tetchie Agabayani, Carmi Martin, Chuckie Dreyfus, and Robin Da Roza.
So get your fill of the hottest stars and hottest issues only in StarStudio magazine.

Within one's journey, one tries to find a proof of their existence and I believe that finding 'love' is a big part of that. Finding love does not just mean just having a partner but on every aspect of one's life. It revolves with your job, family, friends, hobbies, pets and most especially yourself.
Let me tell you something and I believe that everyone went through this and they would agree with me or I hope that they would. Once shy and twice bitten, the heart aches and heart breaks can be too much but not as much as causing us to die; Those who would commit suicides because of it is hard to understand sometimes; those who are damaged and couldn't find their way is much the same as committing suicide; and those who gained, learned, matured and moved on are the ones who are lucky. Lucky enough to know their own place in this world.
I used to believe that feeling pain is a proof of my existence, that I am human. Although, I was looking at it the wrong way, I ended having the wrong decisions and the wrong time to make them. It took me two years to recover from my first heart break and it took a year from my second one. Leaving my heart scared of what is to come and then creating images that most men will just use me.
Two years ago, when I was working and met new friends I made a promise that I will try my best to enjoy life as it is. I began to love my work and enjoy the company of the people in the office that became my friends. I was somehow happy but there are always one thing to remember. If there is happiness there is always sadness that tags along. My father didn't approve of my job as an in-house web designer and he often told me at that time to resign my job after my probation and work for him. I was sad when he asked that from me. I never once got an approval from him ever since I could remember. I chose not to follow his words because this is my life now. I should learn how to live on my own and knowing that my dad is a painter, I couldn't see my life as one. I rarely made friends within the local art industry and I feel alienated by it even though I tried to be known. It wasn't my place to be.
When I met Chris, I was scared and there came a time that I push him away. I usually don't believe in signs but I often ask God to give me some or at least help me find my own. December 24 last year, it happened a sign and it didn't take me too long for me to take that step and accepted it. It's been four months since Chris and I are together and I am hoping that it will last longer.

Sure, I’ll be silent on the 30th. But will probably be for the rest of the week, too. It’s annual convention time and I’m off to Manila. Just when the thrill of rising stats is giving me impetus to write more and better (hopefully), I have to drop it.
I am not sure if it’s possible for me to blog through my phone, much more find time to do it. Earlier I had no intention of going, I’ve always gone every May and this year I wanted to give it a rest. And give my coffers a rest. I would be more positive about going if only my usual routine be changed. Each year, I hardly get to fully appreciate the lectures, or even take a quick stroll at the trade fair to check on new products. It has always been running from one meeting to the next - dialogues, plenary sessions, what-have-you… tasks I’ve been delegated to by the local dental chapter.
I’ve always been the easy target, nay, martyr - being single and being one of the younger members of the group - and it doesn’t feel like I’m holding an office any more. I’ve become more of an errand boy. And it sucks! Specially when I am reminded that I am alone in Manila doing the dirty work for them, while the rest are left at home sitting on their asses, and raking in the moolah. While I get to spend my money on taxi rides and hotel rooms and jusi barongs and breakfasts in fastfoods. It’s just not fair. I’d be happier if they’d come and attend even a few seminars.
Anyway, I just had to let that out. This time around, I’ve become jaded enough to know and choose which duties to do or functions to go to. And I’ve got company - yay! there’s two of us coming. Yes, two.
Looking at the better side of things, I’ve learned much from it. I’ve gone to places I wouldn’t have fancied before. I’ve met some of the best people in my league, even made good friendships.
So until then.

Earlier today my little girl, Isabella, pulled out her mp3 player and started singing along to one of her favorite tracks… Michael V’s “Hindi Ako Bakla”.
I decided to capture it on video since my wife and I never really had the chance to use our DV Cam too often.
I inserted a small window on the lower right portion of the video just to show you guys what song she is exactly singing along to.
Enjoy the vid!

“Circle, circle, dot, dot, now you have a cootie shot!”
A couple of lady friends kept bugging me to buy them each a pair of rubber thongs - cheap imitation to Havaianas. I can’t complain. A pair costs only P37.50 and because the request came from two label-conscious shop-aholics who can actually afford the real thing, I was too happy to indulge.
But there’s a snag. They insisted that I buy for myself, too. Fine. But it would have been OK if there were choices to suit my taste… but What The F#@K! All had floral insoles! In Barbie pink, harlot red and sunny yellow! So they coerced me to try on the black. Still floral.

“Do I really have to get them?” “Yes! Others have friendship bracelets, we have friendship sandals! Oooohhh… I can’t wait for us to show these to the rest on our next (dental society) meeting!”. This followed by a thrilled, NO, I’d say disturbing laugh). Arggghh… women.
“Circle, circle, square, square, now you have it everywhere…”

Did you ever wonder why whenever you’d watch “The Superfriends” on a Saturday morning way back in the day, that the Hall of Justice was kept so nice and clean?
Well, it was because of their Filipina maid who you never saw.
We’ve all heard about the plight of all the Overseas Foreign Workers leaving the Philippines in the thousands just to find jobs good enough to send money back to their families in the islands.
Many of them still suffer disgraceful working and living conditions beyond our comprehension, oftentimes silently.
Even our own Superfriends can treat these domestic laborers very much in the same manner and this is one of their stories…
